Terms & Conditions of Service
These Terms and Conditions govern all commercial agreements, service proposals, tendering activities, non-hazardous waste management brokerages, specialist construction projects, and sub-contractor engagements executed by Daridam Construction Limited trading as Daridam Integrated Facility Services.

Intellectual property & website portal use
- Proprietary ContentAll brand marks, compliance documentation formats, tender proposals, site audit reports, and website software architecture remain the exclusive intellectual property of Daridam Construction Limited.
- Portal CredentialsAccess to our client compliance vault and sub-contractor portal is restricted to authorized personnel. Users are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality.
- Prohibited UseUnapproved copying, scraping, or redistribution of Daridam's accredited assets, frameworks, or technical methodologies is strictly prohibited.
Health, safety, environmental & insurance guarantees
- Health & Safety ComplianceAll site works are managed under Daridam's AUVA-certified ISO 45001 + SSIP management system. Clients and sub-contractors must comply with all site safety rules and Principal Contractor instructions under CDM 2015.
- Environmental ResponsibilityOperations adhere to our AUVA-certified ISO 14001 environmental management system, prioritizing zero-landfill non-hazardous waste diversion and route optimization.
- Corporate Insurance CoverDaridam maintains active insurance policies providing £10,000,000 Public Liability, £10,000,000 Employers' Liability, and £10,000,000 Professional Indemnity coverage across all UK operations.
Applicable law & jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, alongside any non-contractual obligations or dispute proceedings arising out of or in connection with Daridam's services, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
